Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Times:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times and Prices

Delivery timeframes not guaranteed and can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. From date of delivery, you will have 7 days to dispute the delivery of your order.

3. Tracking:

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please email hello@gethumantra.com stating your order number as the subject.
